Boredom and Sleep: A Correlation?

Hey all. I've very much enjoying the Mother California (both the blog and the state!). The weather here has been good this week, but HOT! Luckily it cools down nicely at night.

I wanted to say that I am super excited because Jenny and I are going to Avenue Q tomorrow, with Jennifer and Steven. I'm so thrilled!

I have been really tired a lot lately. I am not sure why it is because I go to bed a reasonable time (usually 11ish) and wake up around 6:30. That's plenty of sleep. Maybe I need to eat more iron. Meh...one would think my complete BOREDOM would put me to sleep.

But maybe my boredom and lack of actual activity is making me less tired during the day and unable to sleep as well. When I'm super busy I sleep really well because I'm usually so tired. Interesting study that might be.
