Viva Las Vegas
First off, congratulations Anna on archiving your dream of moving to New York and getting a job! I knew you would succeed because you are such a committed person to your passion. I hope this new chapter of your life is everything you want. Hopefully I will get a chance to see you when I'm on the East coast in Dec. (the 22nd to Jan. 3rd) and we can celebrate!
This past weekend I went to Vegas with my girls from college. We had a lot of fun going out to the clubs (Pure, Tangerine, Tryst) and sleeping in way late! I missed the 4S girls when we walked past the Flamingo (where we stayed at when Cambria, Anna, Kim and I went last year in June.) I still have that super awesome tacky Vegas shirt! I was heart broken to learn that Celine Dion is leaving Vegas after February. I must see her show and that ground breaking chest thump of hers. I'm on a mission!
Speaking of missions, looking forward to going to Vancouver in 2010 for men's/women's curling! The dates have been posted (Feb. 12-28 2010) and I'm on the mailing list for event updates. Yeah!
As for today, things are going well. My family and Ted are coming to Long Beach for Thanksgiving. I've never prepared a Thanksgiving dinner before, so this should be interesting. I've already made a shopping list where half of the ingredients I've never bought before. At least my mom will be here to help me out!
How disgusting is Tila Tequila for making her love interests eat cow penis and balls?! Watching 'A Shot at Love' while blogging and the competition she has them going through is crazy! What a guilty pleasure that show is.
And can't wait for 'Project Runway', make it work!
